Pre-season Series

Simply playing more games is not enough.

The ABP Athletics Elite Training Camp gives serious athletes six weeks of focused preparation designed to sharpen their skills, improve their confidence, and help them enter the winter season ready to compete.

Whether your athlete wants to earn more playing time, become a stronger contributor, or stand out on the court, this is where the preparation begins.

What Your Athlete

Will Develop

Six Weeks of Purposeful Player Development.

Each session will challenge athletes in the areas that matter most during competitive play:

• Ball-handling and control
• Finishing through contact
• Shooting technique and consistency
• Footwork and body control
• Game-speed decision-making
• Offensive reads and reactions
• Defensive fundamentals
• Confidence under pressure
• Discipline, effort, and competitive mindset

Athletes will not simply run through drills. They will train with purpose and learn how to apply their skills in real game situations.

Message to the Parents

Give Your Athlete the Advantage of Being Prepared

Confidence does not appear on the first day of the season. It is built through preparation.

These six weeks can help your athlete enter the winter season sharper, stronger, and more confident in their ability to contribute.

Instead of waiting until the season begins to identify weaknesses, give your athlete the opportunity to work on them now.
